01 · The basics
Overview
Playwright Masters (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates playwrightmasters.in and delivers Automation Testing training in Hyderabad. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, request a free demo, or enroll in a course — and the choices you have around it.
By using our website or enrolling in a program, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
02 · What we collect
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Name, phone number, and email (demo requests, enrollment forms, contact forms)
- Educational background and current role, shared during counselling
- Payment details when you pay course fees — processed by our payment/EMI partners, not stored on our own servers
- Resume, LinkedIn profile, and other career documents shared for placement support
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, phone, or email
Information collected automatically
- Basic browsing data — pages visited, device/browser type, referring site
- Cookies used for site functionality and, where enabled, analytics
03 · Why we collect it
How we use your information
- To respond to demo requests and confirm your enrollment in a batch
- To deliver training — batch schedules, joining links, recordings, study material
- To issue course completion certificates
- To provide placement assistance, including sharing your profile with hiring partners as part of that support
- To send batch updates, assignment reminders, and placement opportunities
- To improve our website and course delivery
- To comply with applicable legal requirements
04 · How we reach you
WhatsApp & call communication
Most of our day-to-day communication — demo confirmations, batch reminders, placement updates — happens over WhatsApp and phone calls, since that’s how most learners prefer to stay in touch.
What this means: messaging us on WhatsApp or sharing your number for a demo gives us consent to contact you back the same way for enrollment, batch, and placement communication. Messages sent through WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, which is outside our control.
You can ask us to stop promotional messages anytime; operational messages tied to an active enrollment (like today’s class link) will continue so we can deliver the course.
05 · Who sees it
Sharing with third parties
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
Who
Why
Hiring & placement partners
To share your resume/profile for interview opportunities, only as part of placement assistance
Payment / EMI partners
To process course fees and EMI plans securely
Trainers & internal staff
To deliver training, evaluate assignments, issue certificates
Communication platforms (WhatsApp, email, SMS)
To send batch updates, reminders, and support messages
Government or legal authorities
Only where required by applicable law or a valid legal request
06 · On the site
Cookies & analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly and, where enabled, to understand how visitors use it so we can improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
07 · How long we keep it
Data retention
We keep enrollment and academic records (including certificates issued) for as long as needed to support your ongoing placement assistance and our own academic and business records. Contact details from demo requests that don’t convert to enrollment are kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up.
08 · Keeping it safe
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Your control
Your rights & choices
You can ask us to…
- Share or correct the personal information we hold about you
- Stop non-essential promotional messages, anytime
- Delete your data, once it's no longer needed for academic or certification records
What we'll still keep
- Certificates issued, for verification purposes
- Records required to comply with applicable law
- Operational messages tied to an active enrollment, until it ends
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
09 · Age
Children's privacy
Our courses are intended for graduates, working professionals, and adult learners. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
10 · Beyond our site
Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party sites — job portals, payment gateways, Microsoft Learn resources. We’re not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites, and encourage you to review their policies.
11 · Staying current
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or applicable law change. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site or an active enrollment after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
