Legal
Terms & Conditions.
These terms govern your enrollment and use of Playwright Masters‘ Automation Testing training programs, website, and related services in Hyderabad.
Version 1.0 · Last updated: July 2026
01 · Agreement
Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Playwright Masters website (playwrightmasters.in) and enrollment in any Playwright Masters Automation Testing training program, delivered live in Hyderabad.
By requesting a free demo or enrolling in a batch, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the website or enroll.
02 · Getting started
Enrollment & eligibility
Our Automation Testing course is built for manual testers moving into automation, freshers who can commit to real practice hours, and Selenium teams switching to Playwright.
- Enrollment is confirmed only once the applicable course fee (or first EMI installment) is received.
- Details you provide at enrollment must be accurate and current.
- Playwright Masters can decline or cancel enrollment where information is false, or a batch has reached capacity.
- Attending a free demo doesn't guarantee a seat in a specific batch — batch dates are confirmed at enrollment.
03 · Money matters
Course fees & payment
Current fees are published on the website and may be revised periodically. The fee that applies to you is the one confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp) at the time you enroll.
- Flexible EMI options may be available, subject to the terms of our payment/financing partner.
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹), exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- A confirmed seat may be transferred to a later batch, subject to availability, at our discretion.
04 · If plans change
Refunds & cancellations
Seats are limited, and batch planning — trainer time, materials, project setup — starts as soon as a seat is confirmed. So:
- Withdrawing before the batch start date may be eligible for a partial refund, less processing charges, at our discretion.
- Once a batch has started, fees paid are generally non-refundable, regardless of attendance.
- Access to self-paced recorded content is non-refundable once granted.
- If Playwright Masters cancels or indefinitely postpones a batch, you'll be offered a transfer or a full refund for that batch.
To request a refund: email us or message us on WhatsApp with your enrollment details. Requests are reviewed case by case.
05 · How classes run
Training delivery
Courses run as live classroom or live online sessions in Hyderabad, or as self-paced recorded content, depending on your plan. Schedules are shared at enrollment and may shift for operational reasons, with notice where possible.
Where recordings are included, access is for your own personal, non-commercial use for the plan’s stated duration — “lifetime access” means continued access to the platform as we maintain it, not a fixed calendar guarantee.
06 · Proof of work
Certification
On satisfactory completion of course requirements, Playwright Masters issues an industry-recognized Course Completion Certificate.
Please note: this is a training-institute completion certificate — not an official Microsoft Playwright or ISTQB certification. Learners can separately pursue those through Microsoft Learn or an authorised ISTQB provider, at their own cost.
07 · After the course
Placement assistance
Every plan includes placement support: resume building, LinkedIn profile help, mock interviews, and interview scheduling with partner companies.
- This is support, not a guarantee — hiring decisions belong entirely to the recruiting company.
- “Placement assistance” means we keep providing support and interview opportunities until you're job-ready and actively engaged — not that every learner is placed.
- You're expected to actively participate in mock interviews and interview opportunities we arrange.
Honest fit
Is this course for you?
Read both columns before you enroll — it saves us both time.
A good fit if you're…
- A manual tester wanting to move into automation
- A fresher who can commit real practice hours outside class
- Working in Selenium and moving your team to Playwright
- Comfortable being corrected in front of a small group
Not a good fit if you…
- Want a certificate without writing code
- Can't attend live sessions and expect recordings to be enough
- Are looking for a guaranteed job offer
- Want every tool covered in one course
08 · While you're with us
Attendance & conduct
- Attend scheduled sessions regularly and complete assignments and your capstone project on time.
- Respectful behaviour towards trainers, staff, and fellow learners is expected — in classroom, online, and in WhatsApp batch groups.
- Playwright Masters can restrict access to sessions or groups for conduct that's abusive, disruptive, or violates others' rights.
- Sharing your login or recorded sessions outside your own use isn't permitted.
09 · Ownership
Intellectual property
All course content — curriculum, slides, recordings, sample code, project frameworks, and the Playwright Masters name and brand assets — belongs to Playwright Masters or its licensors.
You can use course material for personal learning and portfolio purposes. Reselling, redistributing, or using it to run a competing training program isn’t permitted without our written consent.
10 · Staying in touch
Communication consent
By sharing your contact details, requesting a demo, or enrolling, you agree to be contacted via phone, SMS, email, and WhatsApp about your enquiry, batch updates, and placement opportunities.
You can opt out of promotional messages anytime; operational messages tied to an active enrollment (today’s class link, assignment reminders) will continue so we can deliver the course.
11 · The fine print
Limitation of liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep course content and published information accurate, but don’t guarantee specific learning, employment, or salary outcomes for any individual learner.
To the extent permitted by law, Playwright Masters and its trainers and staff aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, training, or placement assistance.
12 · Staying current
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as our programs, fees, or applicable law change. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the site or your enrollment after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
13 · Jurisdiction
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from these Terms or your enrollment fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
