How Playwright Masters collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website or enroll in our Automation Testing Course in Hyderabad.
Version 1.0 · Last updated: July 2026
01 Overview
Playwright Masters (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website playwrightmasters.in and delivers Automation Testing training in Hyderabad. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, request a free demo, or enroll in a course, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using our website or enrolling in a program, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
02 Information we collect
Information you provide to us
- Name, phone number, and email address (demo requests, enrollment forms, contact forms)
- Educational background and current role (e.g., manual tester, fresher, working professional) shared during counselling
- Payment details when you pay course fees, processed by our third-party payment or EMI partners (we do not store full card or bank details on our own servers)
- Resume, LinkedIn profile, and other career documents shared for resume-building and placement support
- Messages you send us via WhatsApp, phone, or email
Information collected automatically
- Basic browsing data such as pages visited, device/browser type, and referring website, typically through standard web server logs and analytics tools
- Cookies used for site functionality and, where enabled, analytics
03 How we use your information
- To respond to demo requests and enquiries, and to confirm enrollment in a batch
- To deliver training — sharing batch schedules, joining links, recordings, and study material
- To issue course completion certificates
- To provide placement assistance, including resume building, mock interviews, and sharing your profile with hiring partners with your knowledge as part of that support
- To send you batch updates, assignment reminders, and placement opportunities
- To improve our website, course content, and training delivery
- To comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements
04 WhatsApp & call communication
Much of our day-to-day communication — demo confirmations, batch reminders, and placement updates — happens over WhatsApp and phone calls, since that’s how most learners prefer to stay in touch with us.
What this means: when you message us on WhatsApp or share your number for a demo, you’re giving us consent to contact you back the same way for enrollment, batch, and placement-related communication. Messages sent through WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy and security practices, which are outside our control.
You can ask us to stop promotional messages at any time; operational messages tied to an active enrollment (e.g., today’s class link) will continue so we can deliver the course.
05 Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following limited situations:
WHO
WHY
Hiring & placement partner companies
To share your resume/profile for interview opportunities, only as part of placement assistance

06 Cookies & analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly and, where enabled, to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are most viewed) so we can improve it. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the website may not function as intended if you do.
07 Data retention
We retain enrollment and academic records (including certificates issued) for as long as needed to support your ongoing placement assistance and to maintain our own academic and business records. Contact details of demo requests that do not convert to enrollment are retained only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, after which they may be deleted or anonymised on request.
08 Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09 Your rights & choices
- Access & correction: you can ask us to share or correct the personal information we hold about you.
- Opt out of marketing: you can ask us to stop non-essential promotional messages at any time.
- Deletion: you can request deletion of your data, subject to our legitimate need to retain academic and certification records as described above.
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
10 Children's privacy
Our courses are intended for graduates, working professionals, and adult learners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
11 Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party sites (such as job portals, payment gateways, or Microsoft Learn resources). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
12 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or an active enrollment after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
